I just finished kickboxing and i think kickboxing kicked MY butt! I am tired, sweaty, and smelly but i’m happy that i’m actually working towards losing the weight. I cleaned out my kitchen and i’m going grocery shopping today.

Power juice! Spinach, broccoli, celery, carrots, kiwi, apples and oranges…what do you juice? I could always use some recipes :)

This is a super tasty, crispy Asian inspired cold chicken salad that is so satisfying and so healthy! All you need to do is mix the following:
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped or cut into ribbons
- 1 small cucumber, finely chopped or cut into ribbons
- 2 handfuls of chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 handful of finely julienned peppers (capsicum)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3/4 cooked lean chicken breast
